Delivery Information

We are so excited to deliver your flowers! Please read the following information to avoid unnecessary delays and to assist in your delivery occurring in the most efficient manner possible.

Important Additional Delivery Notes:

 

Please select the appropriate shipping option during check-out:

 

  • Delivery Charge (within the Duluth city limits): $10

  • Delivery Charge (within Superior city limits): $12

  • Delivery Charge (within Hermantown city limits): $12

  • Delivery Charge {within Cloquet city limits} $15

  • Delivery Charge {Two Harbors, Carlton, Gary,  Fon-Du-Lac} $20

  • Delivery Charge (within 30 miles of shop, but outside of Duluth/Superior/Hermantown city limits): $25

 

It is very important to select the correct delivery fee. Selection of the wrong delivery fee will cause a delay in your order as we will need to contact you to receive additional payment. The delivery may not be able to go out same day if we are unable to reach you to rectify the problem, especially after the delivery cutoff time of 12:00PM CST.

We accept orders for same day delivery until 12:00PM CST. Orders made after 12:00PM CST will be delivered the following business day. Floral orders placed after noon on Saturday will be delivered the following Monday. Deliveries go out between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery, but will do the best to honor requests placed in the notes section of your order.

Orders requiring a guaranteed delivery time prior to 12:00PM CST will be charged a $10 rush fee and need to be completed in-store or by phone.


Please List Any Special Floral or Delivery Instructions

 

Please list any special floral instructions such as "They hate purple" or "No scent due to allergies”.

If the delivery is going to a business, please list the Business name, Suite No., etc. If you have multiple phone numbers for the recipient, please list {ie home, cell, neighbor, etc}.  Please include their hours of work on the date of delivery in the notes section of your order. For orders going to large corporations {UHC, Maurice's, etc} a cell-phone number for the recipient is required. The hospitals as well, require a cell-phone number for all orders being sent to employees. Orders being sent to businesses are sent on earlier routes as a general rule. If you need a guaranteed AM delivery {before 12:00} there is an additional charge of 10$. 

You are required to provide at least one phone number for your recipient. If you have more than one number {ie home, cell, work} please provide those numbers to us as well. If your recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will leave a door tag at their residence {may not be possible with some secured apartment buildings, etc} and also a telephone message stating that we have a flower delivery for them. If we haven't heard back by the end of the business day, we will call you, the sender to let you know, and will set up delivery for the following day. The more information you provide us the better and will assist us in getting your flowers delivered quickly & efficiently. 


Holiday orders

 

If ordering during the holidays, please consult our calendar for extended hours, adjusted hours, or store closings. To ensure delivery for holiday orders, it is best to place the order at least 48 hours prior to major holidays including: New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professional's Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. 

The shop will be closed for the following dates: January 1st, May 30th, July 4th, September 5th, November 24th, & December 24th-26th.


Care Instructions

 

Floral orders in VASES will be filled with water and packaged to protect them from the weather. If the recipient wishes to take the flowers home, or outdoors for any reason, they MUST be rewrapped if the temperature is at or below 36 degrees. {Directions will also be sent with your floral gift}

Floral orders that are WRAPPED BOUQUETS will ship in layers of paper & cellophane with a TEMPORARY water source on the stems. When the flowers arrive at their permanent destination, they MUST be recut and put into fresh tap water {Directions will also be sent with your floral gift} and the proper proportion of flower food {follow the directions on your flower food packet}

Other tips: water immediately after delivery, water daily, avoid extreme temperatures, remove wilting stems as arrangement ages. 

Floral arrangements typically remain attractive for 5-7 days depending on the flowers used. Therefore, S&G must be notified within 24 hours of defects or unsatisfactory products. Beyond the 24 hours, depending on the situation, we will work together to find an appropriate solution. 


Returns & Refunds

 

Rejected Delivery: Once an order is placed and for whatever reason the recipient declines delivery, we will not issue a refund. All floral & plant sales are final.

Quality: If you are dissatisfied regarding the quality of a product, you must contact us within 24 hours to discuss. A majority of the time, we will gladly deliver a replacement arrangement. We are not held responsible for mistreatment, weather, improper care, etc. as the product is perishable and must be handled with care. Care instructions are included with each order.

Anonymous Ordering: We will deliver an anonymous product to a recipient, however, if the recipient contacts us to find out who the sender was we will let them know due to stalking issues, etc. We will not issue a refund based off of the recipient rejecting delivery.
