Orders placed by 12:00 || NOON M-F will be delivered same-day. Orders placed by 10:00 AM Saturday will be delivered same-day. We do not deliver Sundays with the exception of funerals, special events, or some holidays. On Sundays our store is closed & the phone lines go directly to voicemail. Voicemail messages will be returned on the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 CST M-F || 10 AM CST Saturdays will be delivered the following business day.

Deliveries typically leave our shop grouped in routes starting at 12:00 CST with deliveries being concluded by 4:00 CST. {{Funerals & specials events are dealt with separately}} You will only be called in the event that we were unable to complete your delivery. If you do not hear from us by 6 CST you should assume your delivery was successful.

We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery, but will do the best we can to honor requests placed in the notes section of your order. If you are sending floral to a recipient at their place of work, please include their hours of work on the date of delivery in the notes section of your order. Orders being sent to businesses are sent on earlier routes as a general rule. If you need a guaranteed AM delivery {before 12:00} there is an additional charge of $10.00, which can be selected in the “delivery options” section of your order.

Selecting the wrong delivery charge may result in your order delivery being delayed. If you have any questions about which delivery charge to select, please give us a call at 218.728.1455.

Floral orders in VASES will be filled with water & packaged to protect them from the cold when the weather dictates. If the recipient wishes to take the flowers home, or outdoors for any reason & the temperature is below 40 Degrees, the arrangement MUST be re-wrapped. {Directions will also be sent with your floral gift}. In the event the flowers are transported without packaging & are damaged due to weather, we will not issue a refund.

Floral orders that are WRAPPED BOUQUETS will ship in layers of paper & cellophane with a TEMPORARY water source on the stems. When the flowers arrive at their permanent destination, they MUST be re-cut & put into fresh tap water with the proper proportion of flower food {follow the directions on the flower food packet provided with your floral}.

You are required to provide at least one phone number for your recipient. If you have more than one number {ie home, cell, work} please provide those numbers to us as well. If your recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will leave a door tag at their residence {may not be possible with some secured apartment buildings, etc.} & also a telephone message stating that we have a flower delivery for them. If we haven't heard back by the end of the business day, we will call you, the sender, to let you know, & will follow the same procedure the following day with a fresh arrangement. The more information you provide us at the time of ordering the better which will assist us in getting your flowers delivered quickly & efficiently. Floral gifts will not be left outside under any circumstances when the weather dictates {{freezing temperatures OR extremely hot temperatures}} Our staff & drivers are explicitly forbidden to leave orders outdoors or accept orders that are supposed to be left outdoors in cases of extreme temperatures. The flowers will freeze within minutes as they are comprised of over 90% water. {Think of what happens when you go outside in winter with wet hair}. Floral left in extreme heat can over-bloom//dehydrate which will severely compromise their longevity. We can, however, leave floral gifts in a garage or porch, or with a neighbor, door-person, or receptionist if conditions permit. In moderate temperatures, if directed to leave floral outdoors on a deck, patio, etc, we will not be held liable, nor provide a refund in the event the arrangement is stolen, knocked over by a dog, cat, curious squirrel, etc.

For orders going to large corporations {UHC, Maurice's, etc} a cell-phone number for the recipient is required. The hospitals require a cell-phone number for all orders being sent to employees.

If your delivery is going to a business, please provide the business name as well as the business address in the address field.

Rejected Delivery:

Once an order is placed and for whatever reason the recipient declines delivery, we will not issue a refund. All floral & plant sales are final.


If you are dissatisfied regarding the quality of a product, you must contact us within 24 hours to discuss. A majority of the time, we will gladly deliver a replacement arrangement. We are not held responsible for mistreatment, weather, improper care, etc. as the product is perishable and must be handled with care. Care instructions are included with each order.

Anonymous Ordering:

We will deliver an anonymous product to a recipient, however, if the recipient contacts us to find out who the sender was we will let them know due to stalking issues, etc. We will not issue a refund based off of the recipient rejecting delivery.
